JDP Melbourne are partnering with a premier Australian resort group in the search for a Senior Customer Reporting Analyst. The role will have you work across the group portfolio to extract customer data and interpret into recommendations.

Reporting to the Head of Analytics, the purpose of your role will be to design, deliver, and interpret customer loyalty and reporting.
With teams based in both Sydney and Melbourne, this role is available in either city.

What you'll do:

• Translate restaurant, bar and hotel customer data into insights.
• Support the marketing team with analytics to drive campaign effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to customer performance dashboards.
• Present campaign results and insights to senior leaders.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in Google Cloud Platform, SQL, & Tableau.
• Confidence working with large data sets.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data analysis.
