Just Digital People are partnering with a full-service media agency on the hunt for a motivated paid ads specialist, eager to make a real impact on client campaigns.
Genuine passion for your work, an ability to think outside the box and understanding the value in your personal learning and development path is a must.

What you'll do:

• Develop performance marketing campaigns in conjunction with team strategy planner
• Optimise campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, Social, & Programmatic.
• Ensure all campaigns are being delivered on time and achieving agreed KPIs
• Collate, analyse, optimise and produce insightful reports for all paid ad campaigns
• Use report statistics to influence best-outcome digital activity for future campaigns

What you'll need:

• 3+ years agency experience delivering successful performance media outcomes
• An enthusiast of all things paid search
• Experience with full GA360 & SA360 suite
• Experience managing and scaling large budgets for multiple clients 
• You don't shy away from client interaction and have great communication skills (verbal & written)
