An ambitious educational scale-up looking to make a splash in the coming years is looking to bring on a Head of Product based out of Sydney!
You will be someone passionate about the industry, who really understands and appreciates that the way our kids learn is changing! This company is one that supports and creates a path to better learning for future generations!
Your Key Responsibilities:

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own, communicate and lead the product function
- Ensure product strategies align to broader business strategy, vision and purpose
- Plan and coordinate new product creation, including the go to market and pricing strategy
- Overseeing a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality content is created, updated, and loaded efficiently
- Transform business and market strategies into do-able, defined product plans
- Lead market research and position conversations to ensure viable products and balanced growth
- Define and document product requirements and roadmaps for execution and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for every stage of product development.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experienced in building and leading product teams in a scaling product environment
- Be a strong advocate of the user, with deep customer knowledge and data at the heart of your product strategies
- Have a hunger for challenging the status quo and bringing world-class product management frameworks, which allow empowered product teams to thrive
- Experience in owning all aspects of the product cycle from ideation, to creation, launch, and improvement in a high-tech environment.
